Bridging Communities Through the Arts

Students, faculty, and staff of Boston University and Hebrew College are invited to attend an exciting workshop-style symposium, “Bridging Communities Through the Arts,” featuring: - Stories & Songs of creative collaboration and peace activism with Achinoam Nini (Noa), acclaimed Jewish Israeli recording artist & Mira Awad, renowned Arab Israeli singer, songwriter - An artistic exercise and introduction to dialogical techniques for navigating conflict with Deborah Nathan, Artsbridge, Inc. - An interactive text study on pluralism, facilitated by Rabbi Or Rose, Miller Center at Hebrew College Please Join us on Monday, May 7, 4:30 PM-7:30 PM at Boston University School of Theology for this exceptional learning experience. The program will begin at the Boston University School of Theology, 745 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA. The program is free and is only open to Boston University and Hebrew College students, faculty and staff. Please register by May 4. The symposium, funded by the Jewish Cultural Endowment at Boston University, is co-sponsored by The Program on Religion and Conflict Transformation at Boston University School of Theology and the Miller Center for Interreligious Learning and Leadership at Hebrew College.
