Spring Brunch

Join us on April 1st for our Spring Brunch in all three Dining Halls. The menu will feature the usual Brunch menu with omelets and turkey sausage and potatoes. But this weekend we are also adding some Leg of Lamb with Mint Jelly, Florentine Mac & Cheese, Pit Ham with Orange Glaze plus tons of tasty desserts like Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Cookies or French Toast Pudding. Gather your friends and post up in a Dining Hall for a delicious meal.
