AGAMEMNON: DAWN TO DUSK
Boston University College of Fine Arts School of Theatre presents AGAMEMNON By Aeschylus | Adapted by John Barton and Kenneth Cavander, as found in The Greeks | Directed by Adam Kassim | Ten years ago, Agamemnon sacrificed his daughter to win the Gods’ favor and turn the tide of war. Now, he returns home a victorious hero, willfully blind to the damage he has caused and the retribution that awaits. Agamemnon: Dawn to Dusk is a site-specific, visceral exploration of Aeschylus’ all-too-relevant play—a warning to our community of the damaging effects of hubris on the political landscape. | Experience the play as it would have been performed in antiquity - at sunrise. Free Admission!
