John Melby, Founding Advisor, Nobel 4 Advisors LLC will be guest lecturing in City Planning and Urban Affairs' UA 510: Sustainable Energy Planning course. He will be covering the topic The Role of Wholesale Power Markets in the Transition to Sustainable Energy Systems. Panel discussion will follow lectures, starting at 7:50 PM. Mr. Melby's prior roles include, President and CEO, APX, Inc. (initially started as an independent electricity commodity exchange) and Senior Director, California Power Exchange.
