Scott Foster, Director, Sustainable Energy Division at United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (one of 5 regional commissions in the UN; NECE includes 56 member States in Europe, North America, and Asia) will be guest lecturing in City Planning and Urban Affairs' UA 510: Sustainable Energy Planning course. Mr. Foster will be covering the topic Achieving Energy for Sustainable Development -- a Global Perspective.
