The Honorable Judge George O’Toole from the District of Massachusetts, The Honorable Scott Kamholz (formerly a PTAB Administrative Law Judge), and a judge from the Federal Circuit will discuss: “The Do's & Don'ts of Practicing Before the Federal Circuit, District, and PTAB Courts.” The event is sponsored by the Federal Circuit Bar Association in cooperation with the Boston Patent Law Association and the Boston IP Inn of Court.
