Mobile money services are frequently used to send or receive person-to-person remittances in many developing areas of the world, including Africa and Asia. Please join Boston University experts for a discussion of mobile and digital remittances that constitute important emerging alternatives to traditional financial systems, particularly in crisis-affected areas. The program will include discussion of regulatory and policy shifts and innovative institutional partnerships that foster novel solutions for broader financial inclusion.
