Stretch and Breathe

We are happy to announce that Stretch and Breathe will be back for the fall! We encourage you to take some time to slow down with our Stretch and Breathe, offered Thursdays from 12:15 to 12:45. You’ll have 30 solid minutes to slow down, take deep breaths, stretch, and relax your body, mind and soul. It’ll be the best part of your day! Stretch and Breathe is open to ALL BU Faculty and Staff members and it’s completely free. No registration or workout gear needed; come as you are. All we ask is that you check in at the Front Desk when you arrive. Stretch and Breathe will take place in L133 from September 3 until December 17 and will be taught by once again by Evalyn Mehta. There will be no class the week of Thanksgiving. Don’t miss this chance to take a moment and unwind with us. We hope to see you there!
