A Lecture by Dr. Laura Auricchio on her new book: "The Marquis: Lafayette Reconsidered"
Please join us next week on Thursday, October 30th for a lecture by Dr. Laura Auricchio from The New School on her new book, The Marquis: Lafayette Reconsidered, published this month by Knopf. "In a sharp and moving biography, Auricchio captures the essence of the 'French hero of the American Revolution--the Hero of Two Worlds, the Apostle of Liberty." -Kirkus, starred review The talk will take place at 5:30PM in room 200 in the College of Arts and Sciences building, 725 Commonwealth Ave. Refreshments will be served, and books will also be made available for purchase.
