Initiative on Cities Speaker Series featuring Senator Elizabeth Warren

The Boston University Initiative on Cities is pleased to welcome Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) to speak with Boston University students and faculty about the challenges surrounding student loans and college affordability. Built on a foundation of world-class colleges and universities, Boston is known as America’s college town, welcoming 300,000 students every year. The issue of college affordability will play a critical role in Boston’s future, and in cities throughout the world. The event will take place from 1:30pm-2:30pm in the Trustees Ballroom at 1 Silber Way (ninth floor). This is a chance to hear directly from the Commonwealth’s senior Senator on issues that directly impact University students. Join us as we hear Senator Warren’s perspective on this issue, followed by an audience Q & A discussion moderated by Dean Elmore. This event is free of charge, but registration is required via the link below.
