Global Stress Relief Day

During the fury of exams, graduation, and final projects, take a moment to breathe and get balanced in Marsh Chapel. Our Stress Relief Day has relaxation techniques from all around the globe: massage, yoga, tea, henna, meditation, and more. All of it is free and Boston University international students and friends are welcome to stop by for a few minutes or all day to take a break and de-stress.
