Food Photography
Food photographer Nina Gallant will teach students the essentials of food photography at her studio in Allston over 4 classes. Week 1: How to think and see like a camera Week 2: Learn Photoshop Elements and basic photo editing Week 3: Tell a food story through pictures and on-location practice via field trip Week 4: More photo editing and final project presentation Requirements: Digital camera with at least a 10MP capability; camera lens of 70mm minimum; laptop with the technical specs required for Photoshop Elements and enough space for the software and images; high-capacity flash memory card; memory card reader.
