International Social Work at Home and Abroad: Travel, Teaching, Research, and Educational Opportunities

Boston University School of Social Work has a long history of working with refugees and immigrants as well as international travel and research. To recognize and celebrate the International Education Week with the BU Community, the School of Social Work has organized a panel presentation highlighting the work of its faculty in the following areas: - NGO and community development in Croatia - Building Refugee and Immigrant Degrees for Graduate Education (BRIDGE) - Teaching social work in Vietnam - Puerto Rico Cultural immersion and research - Social Work learning opportunities in West Africa - Future travel, study, and research opportunities
