Dinner with Jacques and Claudine

Join Claudine Pépin for a wonderfully entertaining, instructive, and delicious evening as she returns to her alma mater with her father Jacques, one of the world’s most talented culinary instructors. They’ll prepare an exceptional menu from his award-winning book, The Essential Pépin, paired with wines selected by Claudine. Attendees will leave with the book and accompanying instructional DVD, which demonstrates how over five decades of Jacques’ best recipes can be made at home.
