Boston University alumni and friends are invited to an evening of networking, food, and discussion about the business of restaurants at one of Chicago’s hottest spots, Sub51! Join our expert panel of alumni restaurateurs and get the inside scoop on the challenges and opportunities they face in the restaurant business, as well as insight from these successful entrepreneurs on upcoming trends in the industry. 6:00pm | Doors open 7:00pm | Discussion begins Alumni panelists include: -Billy Jacobs, CAS’83, owner of Piece Brewery & Pizzeria -James Kinnaird, SMG’10, former owner of Pizza Persona -Dan Weiss, CAS’96, general manager, Milt's Barbecue for the Perplexed -Jeffrey Zucker, SMG’10, former owner of Pizza Persona Moderated by: -T.J.
