Masterclass: FINDING THE ARTIST WITHIN

Rufina Santana is a Spanish painter with a degree in Fine Arts and Painting from Barcelona University. She lives in Lanzarote (Canary Islands), where she produces most of her work. For more than three decades she has been showing her artwork around the world: USA, Poland, Ukraine, Japan, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Germany; becoming one of the most international and recognized contemporary artists from Spain. She is an experienced arts educator and a regular guest-speaker at lectures. Rufina Santana runs her own studio and founded the “Escuela Sol”, an arts school aimed to foster creativity. Rufina mostly uses canvas, but also crystal and fabric. She is inspired by nature and her work is personal, intimate, and poetic. Join Rufina’s masterclass to embark on a personal journey, where technique, style, color, and texture will be explored within a context of joy, inspiration, and constructive feedback.
