Sitting Meditation with BU Zen Community

Join our weekly meetings for: - Mind-body exercise, “Soen-Yu” (Zen Yoga) - Full-body rest and relaxation - Sitting meditation - Dharma talk by Barbara Feldman or a guest speaker - Social hour with (decaf) tea and cookies! All levels of experience are welcome and we give a short instruction on sitting to newcomers. Remember to wear comfortable clothing. We meet every Wednesday night from 730 – 9 pm during the academic year.
