Rising Green Coffee Social
Rising Green helps job-seekers develop careers in the green sector by providing an online database of green jobs and internships, blog community, and social media presence, and organizing networking events between students and employers on college campuses throughout New England. A coffee social is a networking event between green employers and college students interested in entering the green sector. Employers and potential employees can engage in meaningful conversations and network in a more intimate setting, which gives college students invaluable networking experience and a leg-up in the job search. Features include: –5-8 minute presentations from Rising Green and event sponsors –Meet-and-greet: time to network and exchange resumés –Free coffee and pastries from a local, sustainable source.
