How to Conduct a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Reverse Auction
Part of Human Resources Get Trained Training Series This program covers the request for proposal (RFP) process as well as the reverse auction process at Boston University. RFPs are used in the procurement process when orders are over $25k or the potential suppliers for the good or service have not been established. Sourcing & Procurement works closely with the requesting unit to ensure the good or service is procured at the best price and quality.
