From Bach II Funk: A People's Concert for Liberia

The concert will feature a unique collaboration of exclusively BU student artists performing to raise money for a rising, student-led non-profit: The Liberian Education Fund (LEF). Proceeds from the concerts will go to support the education of high school and college students in Liberia, where a good education is very hard to acquire. The Liberian Education Fund is a student-led organization, founded in 2006 by two Maine high-school students: Kim Ouillette and Maya French, CFA'15. The newly formed BU-LEF student group is producing this concert for the BU and Boston communities. There will be a reception throughout the event as well as a silent art auction: featuring artwork by BU artists in and outside CFA.
