The Flock House Project: Do-It-Yourself Living Systems

Artist Mary Mattingly and environmental engineer Joshua Kogan will discuss their individual practices and collaboratively host a workshop on D.I.Y. small-scale rainwater collection systems. Joshua Kogan is an environmental engineer working in New York City. On a local level, Joshua has initiated the installation of rainwater collection systems throughout his neighborhood in Brooklyn. He’s also the founder of www.localflux.net a web platform for collaborative action, highlighting community-based projects and initiatives.
