Free Sunrise Yoga
This gentle Sunrise Yoga class invites all Boston University students and staff to experience Pura Vida Kripalu Yoga for free. Welcoming to all levels and yoga backgrounds, Sunrise Yoga is guided for stress relief and relaxation. Kripalu means compassion. Kripalu Yoga is the meditation in motion practice of compassion on and off the mat with the intention for individuals to live their own yoga. By introducing music to the mat, Pura Vida Kripalu Yoga blends the borders of music and yoga to encourage a mindful experience through the movement of asanas (yoga poses) with pranayama (the breath) and music.
