GMS Mind Body Class

GMS Stretch & Strengthen Mind Body ClassThis class is a combination of stretching and strengthening core muscles across the body. The Stretch, Strengthen, Relax class focuses on coordinating breathing with movement and aligning the body.This class is a non-competitive, informative, interactive exercise class for GMS students and postdocs.  All levels (beginner to advanced) are welcome.
