Iraq+10 Film Series: The Night Baghdad Fell

The Iraq+10 project presents a series of Middle Eastern and Western films to recognize the decennial anniversary of the US-led invasion of Iraq. Enjoy delicious Lebanese food with this critically acclaimed film about the repercussions of the Iraq war from a Middle Eastern perspective. A political comedy, The Night Baghdad Fell focuses on an Egyptian school headmaster who, in the wake of the US-led invasion of Iraq, becomes convinced that Egypt will be next. After realizing that his government has no defense plan, the headmaster teams up with a former student to develop a deterrence weapon.
