6th Annual Archaeological Institute of America-Museum of Science Archaeology Fair
Join us in celebrating National Archaeology Day! This year’s presenters include the Archaeological Institute of America, Boston National Historical Park, Diablo Glass School, DIG Magazine, a flintknapper, Legio III Cyrenaica, American Textile History Museum, MA Board of Underwater Archaeological Resources, Massachusetts Archaeological Society, Massachusetts Historical Commission, Museum of African American History, Museum of Science, Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography (Cambridge), Plimoth Plantation, Public Archaeology Lab, Inc., NH Archaeological Society, NH Division of Historical Resources’ Project Archaeology, Semitic Museum, Strawbery Banke Museum, and Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary. Attendees can explore multiple aspects of archaeology and participate in activities involving pottery, textiles, tool making, shipwrecks, and more! Free with museum admission.
