Lunch with Kajetan Rozga (’09)

No e-mail sign-ups will be taken*Please join us for lunch with BU Law alumnus Kaj Rozga, litigation associate at Weil Gotshal in New York and formerly of the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC. Come hear about Kaj’s experiences and about an alternative path to BigLaw.Kaj spent his 2L summer and first three years out of law school at the FTC. While at the FTC, he handled investigations into hospital and retail mergers. He also worked on the trial teams that were responsible for winning two preliminary injunctions and one administrative trial to block the merger of hospitals in Toledo, OH (Promedica Health System's proposed acquisition of St. Luke's Hospital) and Rockford, Illinois (OSF Healthcare's proposed acquisition of Rockford Health System's). Kaj conducted depositions and direct and cross examinations, drafted various pleadings and filings, managed discovery, and was responsible for handling expert witnesses. In September 2012, Kaj joined the antitrust group at Weil, Gotshal, and Manges as a litigation associate, where he has worked on cartel investigations and civil multi-district litigation.
