Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys Panel

Come join representatives from the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys for a panel on their legal work and experiences. Kelleher III, President of Massachusetts Academy of Trial AttorneysTim is a partner is a partner at Cooley Manion Jones and has been a trial lawyer with the firm since 1990. His practice focuses on civil litigation including serious personal injury cases, general liability, product liability, construction site litigation, medical malpractice, civil rights litigation, and commercial litigation. His experience has included the successful trial, arbitration and mediation of a wide variety of cases.at Cooley Manion JonesE. Steven Coren, Kerstein Coren & Lichtenstein, LLP (BU Law Alum)Attorney Coren is an experienced practitioner in the field of civil litigation and has appeared in most courts in Massachusetts and the United States District Court in Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Boston University School of Law. He has been a practicing attorney for almost 40 years. His fields of expertise are personal injury, divorce and family issues, and probate litigation. Kelsey Montgomery, Sugarman (BU Law Alum)Kelsey Montgomery, one of Sugarman’s newest associates, earned a Bachelor’s of Arts from Mount Holyoke College and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. During law school, Kelsey participated in the Criminal Clinic where she represented defendants in both Boston Juvenile Court and Boston Municipal Court on a range of criminal offenses. Kelsey also applied her developing legal skills by providing free legal aid through volunteer organizations around Boston. As a result, Kelsey was awarded BU’s Pro Bono Certificate upon graduation. Paul Dullea, MA Academy of Trial AttorneysAfter graduating law school, Paul served was a labor lawyer, serving as counsel at the MA Labor Relations Commission and the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees. The majority of his career has involved bar association management. Paul has served as the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys since July 2010 and prior to that served for 10 years with the Boston Bar Association in various roles.
