BU Jazz Jam Session
Like FREE, LIVE music? This is the event for you. Join us for the Monthly BU Jazz Jam Session: it's free, all ages, and fun! The BU Jazz Jam Sessions are monthly sessions that cater to all jazz enthusiasts, and anyone who likes live, improvised music. Come listen, support your peers, and check out LIVE performances of America's music. + Musicians: come play and hang + Non-musicians: come hang and listen The house band will play a short set to begin the session. We'll open the floor to musicians and singers who sign up to sit-in. Lead sheets and all necessary equipment will be provided for those who want to play. Light refreshments may be served. Doors open at BU Central at 8p and the jam lasts from 8:30p-11p. Come enjoy the one of life's little pleasures: live music. After the playing is done, we'll retire to Sunset for food and drinks.
