The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) has created a new online Special Report, “Disparities at the End-of-Life,” which can be accessed at www.rwjf.org. This online Special Report includes a summary of key issues discussed in conferences, biographical information on the panelists, information on RWJF end-of-life care programs and grantees, and links to useful resources for professionals and consumers.
