Journey to Wellness is a syndicated radio show that is heard on public radio nationwide. They also offer this website, an online health magazine for African Americans. The site includes many articles on health related topics and offers a quarterly e-newsletter.


Autoimmune Diseases
This non-profit health organization provides supportive services to individuals living with lupus and supports research into the cause and cure of lupus.
AARDA brought a national focus to autoimmunity, a major cause of serious chronic disease.


Cancer
ACS provides informational resources including risk factors and support groups for cancer patients and their families.
CLF promotes breast cancer awareness specially targeting African-American women and women of color.
NCI conducts and supports research, training, health information dissemination, and other programs with respect to the cause, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancer.
NCCC acts as a clearinghouse in distributing information on cervical cancer for women and family members.
