Work Instructions
A library of detailed Work Instructions for common SAP transactions is available online. Work Instructions combine step-by-step written descriptions of SAP transactions along with the associated screen shots. They can be viewed online, printed or saved as a PDF.
1. Access Employee Learning Solutions website
The Employee Learning Solutions website contains Work Instructions, Quick Reference Cards and simulations.
2. Locate your Work Instruction
Work Instructions are organized into folders and sub-folders. Select the appropriate folder and locate the documents related to your transaction.
3. View or print your Work Instruction
On the right-hand side of your screen, use the drop-down menu to select “Work Instruction - PDF”
