Completing this project will require the time and effort of many members of the University community. When you are asked to help, please know that the President, Board of Trustees, and central administration strongly and unequivocally support your involvement in the project.
To make BUworks a success, we ask that members of the University community be willing to do the following:
- Provide your expertise and knowledge, and that of your staff, when requested to assist with the project. This may mean dedicating staff to the project team for extended periods of time.
- Offer your cooperation and enthusiasm, and encourage others to do the same.
- Keep an open mind to necessary changes in our operations and electronic systems.
- Be receptive to and participate in the process that will lead to beneficial changes at the University.
