FitRec now offers Sports Performance Training for local middle school and high school athletes at the Track and Tennis Center. The program is designed around the sport-specific needs of each athlete with groups for each age-range. Train with Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to improve acceleration, power, strength, flexibility, speed, and agility.
