Boston University professor Dr. Alan M. Jette, an expert on health policy and disability research [...]delivered the 14th annual Dudley Allen Sargent Distinguished Lecture at Boston University College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences: Sargent College. Jette’s lecture, titled “Face Into the Storm,” examines the fundamental changes occurring within healthcare as we face the challenges of limited access to services and unsustainable cost escalation.
About the Speaker
Dr. Alan Jette serves as director of the Health & Disability Research Institute and professor of Health Policy & Management at Boston University School of Public Health. He also directs the Boston Rehabilitation Outcome Measurement Center, serves on the Executive Committee of the Boston Claude Pepper Older Americans Independence Center, and is director of the New England Regional Spinal Cord Injury Center. He served as dean of Boston University College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences: Sargent College from 1996-2004.
