Being Adversarial: A look at the moot court experience at BU Law

During their second year at BU Law, students participating in the moot court program have the [...]opportunity to compete in two intramural competitions: the Edward C. Stone Appellate Competition in the fall and the Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Competition in the spring. The students form teams of two, and as they advance through the competition move from arguing in front of their peers to arguing in front of actual judges.

Three students, Geoff Derrick, Zeke Davisson and Mark Eisen, discuss their experience in the program, what they learned, and how they think this experience will help them in the future.
