Master Clinicians and Theologians in Dialogue: Dr. David Wallin

Dr. David Wallin, psychoanalyst and author of Attachment in Psychotherapy, reflects on the profound [...]impact his Jewish identity had on his personal and professional formation, exploring both the positive and problematic dimensions of that identity.

He then speaks of a profound spiritual experience that led to his practice of Eastern meditation and addresses the ways in which this spiritual practice has influenced his clinical work.

His presentation is the eighth of an eleven-part series from the Danielsen Institute’s 60th Anniversary Celebration, the 2012 Merle Jordan Conference, entitled “The Skillful Soul of the Psychotherapist: Master Clinicians and Theologians in Dialogue.”

Hosted by The Albert & Jessie Danielsen Institute on October 7, 2012.
