The Future of South-South Economic Relations: Session 1

“The Future of South-South Economic Relations” was an all-day conference led by Director of the [...]Pardee Center Professor Adil Najam and Rachel Denae Thrasher, a fellow at the center, and assembling experts from around the world to discuss emerging economic relations among developing countries, highlighting Brazil. The first panel considered South-South trade and environment, foreign direct investment, and the role of key emerging economies. This conference is part of a larger project headed by Najam and Thrasher that will culminate in a 2011 book.
