Award-winning Writer, Essayist, and Editor Brian Doyle

Brian Doyle, an award-winning writer and essayist and editor of the University of Portland's [...]Portland magazine, gave this year's Stanley P. Stone Distinguished Lecture at Boston University's College of General Studies. Doyle shared some of his comedic and insightful personal stories and published essays. He encouraged students to be good listeners and storytellers, telling them that these skills are the secret to life.
