Distance Education Center
Students who find it more convenient to get to Hartford, Connecticut, than to Boston may be able to take some or all of the courses in the Graduate Tax Program through real-time video-conferencing. Using equipment donated by United Technologies Corporation (UTC), several of the Program’s classes in the School of Law facility in Boston are simultaneously broadcast in a classroom at UTC in Hartford. There, students participate just as they would if they were sitting in the School of Law classroom. Course OfferingsFor a list of courses currently offered through the DEC, please visit the Graduate Tax Program. Policies and FeesStudents who participate in the DEC are subject to the same admissions procedures, academic and disciplinary rules, and regulations as all other students in the Graduate Tax Program. General Physics Corporation (GP) coordinates all distance education programs for United Technologies Corporation. GP charges an additional fee of $325 for each course taken at the UTC facility.
