Resolution 3041 of 2002 (on financial institutions) (as amended by Resolution 3141 of 2003), issued by the Central Bank of Brazil, relates to the qualifications and records of the owners, officers, directors and staff of banks, microcredit societies, and cooperatives.
This resolution discusses, among other details:
- The ratification of individuals in statutory offices in institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank;
- The eligibility conditions of such individuals; and
- The necessary technical qualifications of such individuals.
