Executive Decree No. 91-007 (Decreto No. 91-2007) develops the legal norms of The General Cooperatives Law (Law No. 499) and addresses matters related to the functioning and organization of the Nicaraguan Institute of Cooperative Promotion (INFOCOOP) and the National Cooperative Council (CONACOOP).
