Decision on Requirements and Manner of Microcredit Organizations’ (MCOs) Action Taken upon Customer’s Complaints, issued by the Banking Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, sets out requirements for how MCOs must handle customer complaints. These requirements include the form in which complaints may be made, the length of time in which they must be processed, and required reporting on complaints records to the Banking Agency.
