Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act No. 11

The Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act No. 11 of 1992 amends the Co-operative Societies Law No. 5 of 1972  in Sri Lanka.  

The act addresses the following topics: 

  • registration;
  • inquiry and inspection;
  • eligibility to vote;
  • dissolution of the committee of a society;
  • declarations of assets and liabilities; and
  • related matters.
