Guidelines in Dealing with Customers Complaints, issued under BPD Circular No. 17 by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), set forth the minimum guidelines for banks and development finance institutions to follow when dealing with complaints of bank customers. They also address monitoring complaints and devising a system for reply and redress.
