Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act No. 35

The Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act No. 35 consolidates and amends the law relating to the registration of societies situated in Andhra Pradesh, India promoting any public purpose and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
Each state in India typically has a version of a societies act.
This act is organized as follows:
- Chapter I Preliminary;
- Chapter II Registration of Societies;
- Chapter III Management and Administration;
- Chapter IV Disputes, Dissolution and Winding-Up; and
- Chapter V Miscellaneous.
