Guest Policy

For BU students all that’s required for entrance into BU Central is your valid BU ID card.

We know your friends from other schools want to get in on all these concerts, comedy shows, and events too. Each BU student is allowed to bring 2 guests to an event, space permitting. BU students must accompany their guests at all times and are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Students who have more than two guests attending BU Central events must get prior written approval from BU Central staff. Approval can be sought by emailing buc@bu.edu . At times BU Central staff can not grant guest exemptions due to contractual stipulations required by artists and their agents.

Unfortunately, we can never guarantee non-BU student admittance to an event. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at buc@bu.edu.
