Cristina Vicini, a MET alumna who heads the program advisory board in Brussels, has played a key role in these efforts. European Business Schools and Senior Women Executives Publish First List of 3500 Board-Ready WomenMarch 7, 2012 The European Business Schools/Women on Board initiative – co-sponsored by BU in Brussels and other prominent schools in the EU - has published a first list of more than 3500 board-ready women to bring Europe into the 21st Century and support European Commission Vice President Reding’s initiative to shatter the glass ceiling for women in Europe’s publicly listed corporation’s board rooms. Boston University in Brussels, together with other leading business schools in Europe, today published a Call to Action designed to increase the number of women on corporate boards.
