It's Jason, by George: long before his nine years as television's most catastrophe-prone loungeabout -- George Costanza of the sitcom Seinfeld -- Jason Alexander (SFA'81, Hon.'95) (left) spent three years studying drama at SFA. A Broadway role would lure him away without his degree, but on Friday, April 24, the opportunity to teach a master class in the BU Theatre lured him back. Many things had changed in the interim, including his name. As of this 1979 BU Theatre dress rehearsal of Ivan Turgenev's A Month in the Country, he was still Jason Greenspan.
