My Care My Call (MCMC) is the New England Regional Spinal Cord Injury Center’s site-specific project for the SCI Model Systems grant. Previously, Ms. Houlihan has described the proposed design and pilot trial of the intervention. She will review the objectives of the study in brief, and discuss findings from consumer and rehabilitation professional interviews. Interviews were conducted to capture best practices and recommendations for engaging with a primary care doctor, obtaining needed equipment, and overall self-advocacy skills. She will present content from initial MCMC scripts in a live reading format for input from attendees. Lunch will be provided, so please RSVP to Iliana Ycute (firstname.lastname@example.org), if you plan to attend.
