Chairwomen of the boards: After just six seasons playing in the big time, the Boston University women’s hockey team is ranked third in the country. Since becoming a varsity sport, the Terriers have become formidable opponents on the ice. In this series of videos, we catch up with some of the standouts, among them two members of the 2010 gold medal–winning Canadian Olympic hockey team and a member of the Canadian National Team. We also learn about team members’ pregame rituals and check in with a freshman goalie with a 16-game winning streak, whose intensity is matched by another Terrier on the ice: her sister, a member of the BU Figure Skating Club.
